Being part of Travel.in’s 10th anniversary celebration was much more than attending an ordinary event

There are clients with whom collaboration remains strictly professional. And then there are those rare people with whom, through years of working together, you build a relationship based on trust, respect, and genuine human connection.

Maša Frković is exactly one of those people.

Our collaboration through Innovation Ads Croatia has now entered its third year, and what started as a business relationship quickly grew into a friendship. Working with Maša means working with someone who always knows what she wants, has a clear vision, but also possesses a rare openness to learn, explore, and continuously raise the standards of everything she does.

That is why it was special to be part of the celebration marking 10 years of the Travel.in Travel Agency, held in the beautiful setting of Sabbia restaurant, pizzeria & bar in Crikvenica.

Although Travel.in is celebrating ten years of existence this year, behind the entire story lies much longer experience, knowledge, and a life devoted to tourism. This could be felt throughout every moment of the evening – in the conversations, in the people who gathered, and in the atmosphere, which was both ceremonial and sincerely warm.

What particularly marked this evening was the way Maša made an effort to dedicate attention to every guest, collaborator, and partner. During the evening, she shared a few kind words about her collaboration with each of us, giving the entire event a deeply personal and emotional dimension. Because of that, we all felt special, seen, and genuinely appreciated – as part of the story, rather than simply invited guests.

It was not a typical business anniversary celebration. It was an evening that clearly showed how important the relationships built over years truly are – with partners, collaborators, clients, and friends who have become part of that story.

The atmosphere at Sabbia restaurant further completed the experience and created the perfect backdrop for celebrating a successful and inspiring business and life story.

As a guest, it was especially beautiful for me to see how much energy, love, and dedication stand behind everything Maša does, and how naturally that extends to everyone around her.

And that is why this evening was not just a celebration of 10 years of one agency.
It was a reminder that the most successful stories are always built – with people.
