OUR FOUNDER'S STORY
Welcome to travel.in! My name is Maša Frković, and I started this business at the intersection of my professional experience and the new market needs, hungry for different experiences.
I’ve created package deals for foreign guests and tour operators for over 20 years. I visited every corner of Croatia and developed numerous partnerships and acquaintances with professionals whose offers don’t fall under mass tourism. Instead, they focus on authentic experiences. My network includes beautiful vacation home rentals, caterers with homemade dishes, farms, insurers, transporters, hiking and mountain guides, and many others.
In addition, I hike and cycle and am constantly learning about healthy eating and relaxation techniques. I’m also a big fan of our country’s natural beauty, local food, and people.
In recent years, I have noticed an increased interest in different package deals that move away from typical offerings, and I want a more creative approach to team-building programs. Also, many guests share my passion for nature and health.
So, one day, it all just ‘clicked’, and the result was travel.in.
