Body condition assessment

We measure and define your body composition. If requested, we can add a biological age test and genetic testing.

Outdoor activities

Try horseback riding, cycling, or jogging lessons, which all include professional trainers and are adapted to your physical capabilities. Enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Moslavačka gora, Papuk, and Bilogora.

Nutritional workshops

Dr Martina Linarić offers valuable nutrition advice to help you discover how it can improve your health, slow ageing, and boost your body's vitality. You will also participate in the preparation (and consumption!) of these healthy and delicious meals.

Local specialities turned healthy meals

Respecting local tradition, we have created a series of delicious meals from the traditional Moslavina and Bilogora cuisine, which are prepared in a way that supports healthier eating.

Breathing and relaxation techniques

Relax and learn how to manage stress at work and home—only a few minutes daily is enough to establish balance. Learn the techniques that calm the busy mind.

    Equipment

    Please read these notes carefully to prepare for the trip adequatel:

    BACKPACK

    We recommend one bag or backpack for basic daily necessities and extra clothes. We also advise packing energy bars and similar healthy snacks for a quick energy boost.

    CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR

    We recommend sturdy hiking boots with good support. Bring hiking clothes and try to stay adaptable to different weather conditions. Wearing different layers of clothes is highly recommended. We also recommend trekking poles for additional support.

    SUN PROTECTION

    Hats or caps, sunscreen and other sun protection.

    WATER BOTTLE

    It is important to stay hydrated during all activities, so we recommend bringing a bottle you can refill with fresh water.

    This program doesn’t require a specific level of physical fitness.
