Our Sea Harmony program is the right fit if you have always wanted to experience a long weekend in nature where you learn and practice yoga, relaxation techniques and breathing exercises. The approach is truly holistic, so this package also includes healthy eating workshops, hiking tours exploring the natural beauty of the island of Krk, and swimming.

Yoga Retreat Krk Program
Yoga, meditation, breathing
Located in a magical seashore setting with a view of the open sea, sunsets and sunrises, we'll learn the basics of the most effective Eastern techniques for relaxing the mind and body.
Outdoor activities
We will hike along the lesser-known forest trails of the island of Krk. And if you are courageous, we can organise an early morning cold plunge into the crystal clear sea. Overall, we'll have a fun and relaxing day where paddling feels incredibly soothing.
Nutrition workshops
Dr Martina Linarić offers valuable nutrition advice to help you discover how it can improve your health, slow ageing, and boost your body's vitality. You will also participate in the preparation (and consumption!) of these healthy and delicious meals.
Evening gatherings
We organise social evenings with games, competitions and other activities depending on your preferences. Whatever you choose, we are guided by the motto: It has to be fun!

Equipment
Please read these notes carefully to prepare for the trip adequately:
BACKPACK
We recommend one bag or backpack for basic daily necessities and extra clothes. We also advise packing energy bars and similar healthy snacks for a quick energy boost.
CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR
We recommend sturdy hiking boots with good support. Bring hiking clothes and try to stay adaptable to different weather conditions. Wearing different layers of clothes is highly recommended. We also recommend trekking poles for additional support.
SUN PROTECTION
Hats or caps, sunscreen and other sun protection.
WATER BOTTLE
It is important to stay hydrated during all activities, so we recommend bringing a bottle you can refill with fresh water.
Fitness Readiness
This program doesn’t require a specific level of physical fitness.
